A panel of three San Francisco appeal judges voted last night to keep the block on the so-called Muslim travel ban in place.
Just minutes after the ruling, President Donald Trump posted on Twitter: “SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!”

But his former rival, who won the popular vote of more three million people despite losing the electoral college, refused to let the ruling slide.
Not wanting to miss an opportunity to lash out at Mr Trump, the failed Democrat candidate took a jab at the President and tweeted simply: “3-0.”
The judges from the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals last night backed a lower court’s decision to suspend Donald Trump’s executive order that barred travellers from seven predominantly Muslim nations from entering the US for at least the next 90 days.
The panel argued there was no compelling evidence that meant the ban had to be enacted immediately.
Judges noted: “On the one hand, the public has a powerful interest in national security and in the ability of an elected president to enact policies.
