Donald Trump and the American people have every right and reason to criticize liberal judges, Conservative Review editor-in-chief Mark Levin said on his radio show Wednesday evening.

Levin discussed Trump’s recent battle with the federal judiciary over his travel suspension, especially in light of claims that his open criticisms of the judges involved are not only a bad idea, but somehow undermine the judicial branch.
“Why can’t one branch talk to another branch?” Levin questioned, addressing those assertions. “Donald Trump is the president of the United States; he is perfectly free to call out a judge or a court.”
“Of course we can and we should” criticize activist judges, said Levin. “Especially when the courts are out of control when they’re using the law to destroy the law.”
“There needs to be more pressure on the courts, not less,” he added. “If you’re going to have left-wing activists on the court, they need to know that we know they’re on the court.”
